SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with Timi & Mila. We offer global shipping on all of our products. Real-time shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your shipping location, and displayed at checkout before payment is required.

All online orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from confirmation.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or during COVID-19, shipments may be delayed but we will make every effort to notify you of the delay in a timely manner. You will receive a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email once your order has shipped which contains your tracking number(s). Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Rest assured, quality is important to us and we would never send you a damaged or faulty product. If any products are damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim prior to contacting us. We will need your claim number to follow up with the shipping carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Timi & Mila (Mama’s Touch Organics Inc.) is not responsible for any additional import fees, taxes, or customs fees applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
