At Timi & Mila, we believe that you will fall in love with our products!  In the rare instance that our products are not a good fit for you and your family, that’s ok too.

If you purchased your product(s) from TimiAndMila.com, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, minus shipping fees. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you purchased our product at one of our retail partners, kindly contact the store directly for a refund or exchange in accordance with their store policies.

All market sales are final and non-refundable.
